Journal Writing

3:57 PM

I was given a journal at graduation (back in 2004, lol) and I just re-opened it today. It starts with one of my favorite quotes.

"Your thoughts have great power when you put them into writing. Writing is a way of making a commitment to the desires of your heart. If you haven't committed yourself to a purpose, it's easy to become distracted and get off track. Keeping a journal is a way to stop, slow down, and think about your wants, needs, and goals.

Use this journal to list your goals, to write about your plans and your achievements, and to stay focused on your dreams. This journal is a tool to help you along the path to your goals. Whatever it is you want to achieve, use this journal to make it happen!"
